Respect Life in the Schools

To aid in educating our students and families about the dignity of all human life from conception to natural death, our Catholic schools have announced a special initiative for Respect Life Month. Under the leadership of the Archbishop and Superintendent, all Catholic schools have been encouraged to appoint a Respect Life Representative  to serve as the primary contact and liaison to the Archdiocesan Respect Life Office. We will build on this effort in years to come, including the development of Respect Life clubs in every school. This initiative includes age-appropriate curricular materials such as those provided below. 

Our Catholic Schools are participating in an Archdiocesan-wide Baby Bottle Drive contest benefiting the Respect Life Pregnancy Help Centers from October 17- November 18, 2022. Prizes for the schools that raise the most money include:

Elementary Schools: 

$2,500 First Prize, $1,500 Second Prize, $750 Third Prize

High Schools: 

$2,500 First Prize and $1,000 Second Prize
